We are expanding our team in the US and in India and have select openings in both geographies for the following roles:
We are looking for individuals that have 5+ years of experience in investment banking for a role that is sales as well as delivery focused. The individual will be expected to network within the small to medium sized business community to identify companies interested in M&A transactions on the buy or sell side. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for executing self-generated deals, as well as deals generated by the rest of the CEO ally team.
Requirements
Candidates should have at least 5 years of M&A experience in the small to medium sized business sector, with a focus on IT and engineering. Experience of having worked on at least 10 successful deals is a must with prior experience of having sourced deals on the buy and sell sides being an added advantage.
Candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, analytical skills and negotiation abilities. Candidates should be self starters, be able to work independently and able to multi-task across multiples projects at the same time.
